National telehealth enrollment is being configured
Nirvanix's telehealth program is designed for national access using Scriptful infrastructure. Online enrollment remains closed for each service and state until the responsible medical group, dispensing pharmacy, and secure intake route are verified and displayed.
Scriptful provides program infrastructure. The medical group and pharmacy responsible for a patient are identified separately in an available eligibility result and before intake begins.
Check the current status
Availability is determined by the patient's location during care, the requested service, the responsible medical group, clinician licensure, and pharmacy authority. National program scope does not mean every service is active in every state. Selecting a state does not establish a clinician-patient relationship.
Identified clinical care
An enrollment link appears only when the provider-of-record medical group for that exact service and state is identified in the eligibility result.
Individual evaluation
Submitting information or paying for a service will never guarantee a prescription. A licensed clinician makes all medical decisions.
Verified fulfillment
When medication may be prescribed, enrollment stays closed until the dispensing pharmacy and its authority for that service and destination state are identified.
