Current service area

Nirvanix currently provides services through its Austin, Texas clinic. Nirvanix's telehealth program is designed for national access using Scriptful infrastructure. Availability remains service- and state-specific. The eligibility result identifies the responsible medical group and dispensing pharmacy before a patient can enter an available intake flow.

Medical services and prescriptions

A consultation, purchase, or payment does not guarantee treatment or a prescription. Licensed clinicians independently determine eligibility, medication selection, dosage, and monitoring. Products and services may be unavailable based on patient location, clinical circumstances, or applicable law.

An evaluation fee pays only for the clinical evaluation. It does not include medication. Prescription medication is ordered and charged separately only after a licensed clinician issues a valid prescription.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, submit false health or payment information, scrape protected content, or use the site in violation of law. You are responsible for keeping account credentials private when an account feature is offered.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Nirvanix names, branding, text, graphics, and site design are protected by applicable law. Scheduling, payment, laboratory, pharmacy, and telehealth services may be provided by separate organizations under their own terms and privacy practices.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nirvanix disclaims implied warranties relating to website operation and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from website use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
